you’re right RyThMiiC. they broke up because they were fighting more than normal, and a couple of them were doing other projects. andrew put material that he didn’t feel would fit Soco out as Jack’s mannequin and got diagnosed as EVerything in Transit was being released.
I know you already knew that but i don’t think more in depth explanation can urt the people who didn’t know it.
I really hope that’s true. SoCo was like the first band i found on my own. If they put together another record it would probably be one of the happiest moments of my life.
You’re right, I’ve heard several times out of the mouth of Andrew that SoCo is planning on putting something together after The Glass Passenger is released and JM tours a bit for it.
Eh… I heard that they were just going to tour or something… that they were not exactly going to get back together, though. But what do I know? If they do tour, I want to see them.
we must have read two different versions of that interview. It said that he didn’t think SoCo was finished and that they would do something again, its just not what he is looking to do at the moment.
that’s not true, Andrew in the AP interview said that SoCo is pretty much dead, that it’s part of the past and that’s where it’ll stay… in the past….
it’s quite sad, cause SoCo is amazing, but I love JM too….
They took a break for awhile. I read somewhere that they are supposed to be getting back together to record soon. After the new Jack’s Mannequin album is released I believe.
